MaxLinear's MxL214C cable receiver adopted by Skyworth for STB

MaxLinear announced that Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology (Skyworth) is shipping a new smart cable gateway set-top box (STB) based on the MaxLinear MxL214C Full-Spectrum Capture cable front-end receiver. With its FSC capability, the MxL214C provides features such as fast channel change, multi-screen share and remote network monitoring. MaxLinear said these features help Skyworth's Chinese cable operators customers accelerate their transition to enhanced digital video services.
