Mediafon changes corporate structure

Lithuanian company Mediafon, providing the mobile number porting service, has become a holding company, reports Vz.lt. It will control two subsidiaries, Mediafon DataPro, providing IT solutions for telecommunications operators, and Mediafon Carrier Services, focused on traffic transit services. The company aims to raise its business efficiency in this way. Revenues of Mediafon totaled EUR 35.43 million in 2014, up by 41 percent year-on-year. The net profit was EUR 2.19 million.
