Mediapro awarded rights to air 2022 Qatar World Cup in Spain

Spanish broadcaster and sports rights broker Mediapro said FIFA has awarded it the rights to broadcast the 2022 Qatar World Cup in Spain from 21 November to 18 December 2022. In a statement, Mediapro said it intends to launch a dedicated 24/7 channel in Spain to cover all the games, training sessions and press conferences as well as offering analysis, news and interviews.
