Mediapro looks to Facebook, Amazon and Apple for OTT distribution of Ligue 1 matches in France

Spanish media group Mediapro said that it will explore future OTT distribution of Ligue 1 matches in France, in partnership with the likes of Facebook, Amazon and Apple. Mediapro's founder and managing partner Jaume Roures told the French press that he wanted to extend the distribution of the planned Ligue 1 football channel beyond traditional partners, although it was too early to speak of any agreement.
