Medion stops touting 'unlimited' package after ACCC concerns

Medion Australia, which provides the ALDImobile services, has provided a court enforceable undertaking to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) relating to its "Unlimited Pack". Medion supplies prepaid mobile products and services under the brand name ALDImobile and offered a package called "Unlimited Pack", saying it provided customers with thirty days of unlimited voice calls, voicemail, SMS and MMS.
