Megafon intros service to assess emotional background of customer calls

Russian operator Megafon has launched a new service for businesses to analyze the emotional background of calls. The service helps identify potential complaints and problems and improve customer service. The system was trained on 30,000 calls of over 750 hours to pinpoint the changes in tone that signal a possible conflict or stress.
