Megafon upgrades LTE network in Pyatigorsk

Russian mobile operator Megafon has completed the upgrade of its network in the resort of Pyatigorsk, reports Cnews.ru. The upgrade has enabled the operator to double the download speed on its LTE network to 100 Mbps. The modernisation was carried out by aggregating the 10 MHz wide band belonging to Megafon and the 2 MHz wide band controlled by its subsidiary Scartel.
