North American operator MegaPath has launched its Premier Support Program to deliver increased value to its Master Agents, as well as their sub-agents and partners. Through this programme, MegaPath is providing partners with a dedicated sales, support and billing team to enable them navigate sales and services-related activities. MegaPath's Premier Support Program expands the company's existing Master Agent benefits, including a dedicated channel manager, as well as sales quote and marketing resources, and provides a dedicated Premier Account Service Manager for post-sales support for all
