MENA IT spending to rise 2.4% to USD 160 bln in 2020

IT spending in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) will total USD 160 billion in 2020, an increase of 2.4 percent from 2019, according to research by Gartner. Spending on devices will achieve growth in 2020, following a double-digit decline in 2019. The currency effects that raised prices of hardware will abate and business spending on devices will grow 3.6 percent to USD 28.47 billion in 2020 locally.
