Meo challenges regulator in court over submarine cable lease fees

Portuguese operator Meo has taken regulator Anacom to court over its decision to lower rental prices for submarine cables linking Continental Portugal with the autonomous regions of Azores and Madeira, reports Publico. Anacom published the court order, summoning the interested parties, with the proceedings being carried out in the Administrative Court of Lisbon.
