Thursday 7 January 2016 | 15:59 CET | News
After securing the TV rights to matches of FC Porto, Portugal Telecom's pay-TV unit Meo has signed a contract with the Vitoria Guimaraes football club. According to sports daily O Jogo, the contract will earn Vitoria Guimaraes a total of EUR 90 million over 10 years. As is the case with FC Porto, the agreement with Vitoria de Guimaraes will only be valid from the 2018/19 footballs season, when the current TV rights contract with PPTV expires.
