Meo signs up Portugal's Second League clubs

The Commission of Portugal's Second Football League has agreed to sell the TV rights to pay-TV operator Meo for the next three seasons, with each club receiving EUR 500.000, according to the president of the Oliveirense club, Jose Godinho. Speaking to Lusa, he added that the amount includes the sale of both TV rights and advertising on club shirts. In addition, the two clubs that qualify for the First League will start receiving EUR 3.5 million.
