Metro Bremen store ties up with eBay, PayPal

eBay Germany said it and PayPal are tying up with supermarket chain Metro to offer a new multi-channel payment service at the 200 square metre Inspiration Store in the Weserpark shopping centre in Bremen from January 2015. The aim is to combine the advantages of physical shops, e-commerce and mobile shopping. It said numerous eBay traders and Metro's Media Markt, Real and Galeria Kaufhof brands would contribute to the range of goods at the Inspiration Store, which would change every fortnight.
