Mexican chain Soriana targets 1 mln clients for MVNO

Friday 28 July 2017 | 13:59 CET | News
Mexican department store chain Soriana has confirmed the launch of its MVNO on the Telcel network and is targeting 750,000 to 1 million subscribers over the next five years, reports El Universal, citing Soriana e-commerce director Rafael Casteltort. The target is around 10 percent of the 9.1 million clients signed up to its points-based loyalty progamme, said Casteltort, adding that Soriana Movil will be available in 19 stores in Mexico City and Monterrey at launch before rolling out to 950 Soriana-branded supermarkets by the end of next year.
