Mexican consumer portal receives 3,526 complaints in Q3

The 'Soy Usuario' online consumer platform received a total of 3,526 complaints in the third quarter of 2017, around 1,400 more than the 2,156 complaints registered a year earlier, according to the country's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) and consumer protection agency Profeco. Around 37.4 percent of the complaints corresponded to mobile telephony services, 35.4 percent to internet services, 10.4 percent to fixed telephony and 9.7 percent to pay-TV services.
