Mexican operators improve single-play business plans – IFT

Mexican operators have significantly improved the range of single-play plans available to businesses, according to a report from the Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT). Around 44 percent of packages ranging from MXN 300 to MXN 2,320 offer internet access at speeds of 10-20Mbps, with 37 percent of the plans offering 20Mbps-plus speeds and 19 percent less than 10Mbps, said the report. In addition, 100 percent of the fixed telephony plans assessed offer unlimited local calls, with 80 percent also including long-range international calls and 40 percent coming with unlimited mobile
