Mexican telecom complaints fall slightly in Q4

Mexico's 'Soy Usuario' online consumer platform received a total of 5,034 complaints in the final quarter of 2018, down from 5,855 received in the July to September period, according to the country's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) and consumer protection agency Profeco. Over 52 percent of the complaints corresponded to mobile telephony services, 15.8 percent to internet services, 5.1 percent to pay-TV and 3.3 percent to fixed telephony.
