Mexico authorizes transition to DTT for 141 TV channels

Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) has determined the cessation of analogue broadcasting and transition to digital terrestrial television at midnight on 31 December of 141 different TV stations located in the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Campeche, Chihuahua, Colima, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Michoacan, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Puebla, Quintana Roo, Sonora, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucatan and State of Mexico.
