Mexico City court lifts Roku sales ban

US content streaming company Roku has finally had a ban on the sale of its set-top boxes in Mexico lifted following a favourable ruling from the 11th Collegiate Court in Mexico City. The company's streaming devices were prohibited for sale in Mexico back in July 2017 after cable TV provider Cablevision complained that they were being hacked to give viewers access to subscription content for free.
