Mexico govt says on track with 4G shared network plan

The process of modeling the planned shared mobile network in Mexico is advancing in a timely manner, and a decision on the tender should be announced by the end of September, the Secretary of Communications and Transport announced. The shared network is expected to reach more than twice the Mexicans served by currently operating 4G networks, which means that 40 million additional users will be able to take advantage of this mobile communication technology, serving at least 85 percent of the population.
