Mexico launches public consultation on wholesale services

Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) has submitted to public consultation various cost models regarding wholesale services from the leading telecom and dominant broadcasting operators, including Telmex, Telnor, Telcel, America Movil, Carso Group and Inbursa Group, and Televisa.
