Mexico's CFE activates 1,000 connectivity sites across 24 sites

State-owned Mexican operator CFE Telecomunicaciones has activated a total of 1,000 new connectivity sites across 24 states during its first year of service. 'CFE Telecomunicaciones e Internet para Todos'. CFE T&IT, a subsidiary of the country's Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), was last year granted a concession to provide non-profit telecommunications services and internet access to underserved parts of the country.
