Wednesday 21 December 2016 | 15:06 CET | News
Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) has launched a new online tool designed to better inform users of their rights when it comes to contracting telecommunications services. The 'Me Informo' tool is available on a corresponding microsite (www.meinformo.ift.org.mx) and allows users to access information and advice via interactive sections entitled "My rights", "Efficient Use of My Mobile Internet Service" and "I'm a User". The tool will also feature regular online videoconferences from sector experts.
