Mexico's 'Soy Usuario' platforms receives 52,000 complaints in 4 years

Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) said the 'Soy Usuario' online consumer platform it runs with consumer protection agency Profeco has received 52,569 complaints about telecom services since it launched exactly 4 years ago. Nearly 9 in 10 (87.5%) of the complaints have been resolved, 1.1 percent are still being processed while the remaining 11.4 percent weren't followed up by users for a number of reasons.
