Microsoft appoints Leung as Greater China CEO

Microsoft has appointed Simon Leung as corporate vice president, chairman and CEO of Microsoft Greater China region (GCR). In his role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of an overall regional strategy across all businesses, addressing the needs of the markets and the goals and objectives of the company. Leung will also be responsible for creating synergy among the sales, marketing, R&D, legal, finance, services and other operations of Microsoft in Greater China. Leung will report to Microsoft's senior vice president and Microsoft International's president Jean-Philippe
