Microsoft joins MANRS to improve routing security

Microsoft joined the Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security (MANRS) programme whose primary objective is to reduce the most common threats to the internet's routing system. MANRS addresses routing outages or incidents through technical and collaborative action across the internet.
