Microsoft launches UK data centres for cloud services

Microsoft has announced the launch of the Microsoft Cloud in the UK, with Azure and Office 365 now generally available from multiple data centre locations in the UK. Dynamics CRM Online will join the Microsoft Cloud in 1st-half 2017.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD), which employs around 250,000 people, will use Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud services. South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Aston Martin, Capita and Rosslyn Analytics have also agreed to use Microsoft's UK data centres.
