Microsoft, Orange in talks about Dailymotion stake

Orange chairman and CEO Stephane Richard told BFMTV that his company was in talks about selling a stake in its video portal Dailymotion to Microsoft. He said Orange wants to keep majority ownership and such a deal would be strategic as well as financial. Richard thinks an agreement would make sense for both partners. Richard said Dailymotion was a French internet success story and that it had much to offer to help develop the country's 'innovation ecosystem'.
