Microsoft set to buy Israeli co CyberX for USD 165 mln - report

Microsoft is set to acquire Israeli cybersecurity company, CyberX, reports Globes citing unnamed sources. It is in the latter stages of being finalised and according to sources close to the talks, Microsoft will pay USD 165 million for the acquisition. CyberX was founded in 2013 by CEO Omer Schneider and CTO Nir Giller, both veterans of the Israeli Elite Cyber Security Unit. It is headquartered in Boston and has its development centre in Herzliya.
