Microsoft to launch BizSpark start-up programme in France

French tourism and SME minister Frederic Lefebvre and Microsoft have sealed a partnership to help promising French internet start-ups get off the ground. Microsoft will work with French agency for enterprise creation APCE, led by Alain Belais, to identify start-ups to join a Microsoft BizSpark programme. The small businesses will receive Windows Azure storage capacity and free access to Microsoft software as a cloud service.
