Microsoft to launch HoloLens in 6 new countries next month

Microsoft has opened preorders for its HoloLens virtual reality headset in six new countries, with the device due to start shipping in late November. The company originally opened sales of the HoloLens in the US in August at USD 3,000 for the Development Edition and the device is now being made available for the same price in Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and the UK. The Commercial Suite, including the Development Edition, enterprise features and a warranty, costs USD 5,000.
