Microsoft to present CityNext projects at Bologna fair

Microsoft is to take advantage of its involvement in the Smart City Exhibition held in the Italian city of Bologna on 22-24 October to showcase some of the projects connected to its CityNext initiative. Launched in Italy at the previous year's event, CityNext is an initiative to empower governments, citizens and businesses to build more modern, safer, healthier and educated cities. One of the projects presented at Bologna will be the 'Mappa del Rischio' ['Risk Map'] system developed in association with Esri Italia for the city of Milan.
