Microsoft upgrades 365 for mobile enterprise, extends CRM

Microsoft has added several features to Microsoft 365 that will enable companies to operate effectively in a mobile-first, cloud-first world. Speaking at the company's Convergence EMEA conference, CMO Chris Capossela detailed these new capabilities, announced the worldwide availability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, and introduced Microsoft PowerApps, a new service designed to allow employees to create task-centred mobile apps, connect securely to business systems and easily share apps with co-workers.
