Milan financial police block illegal download sites

Nine people are under investigation and three websites have been seized, as a result of the operation 'Chameleon', conducted by the Milan Financial Police and coordinated by Milan prosecutor Tiziana Siciliano. The operation uncovered a series of violations of the copyright law on the part of nine creators or webmasters of the sites. The Federation against Multimedia Musical Piracy (Fpmm) and the Federation of Audiovisual Piracy (Fapav) have been cooperating with the investigation.
