Millicom has announced the pricing of its USD 500 million 5.125 percent senior notes due 2028, which it intends to issue on 20 September 2017. The company said it will use the net proceeds of the new notes to finance the repurchase or redemption of all of its 6.625 percent senior notes due 2021 in the previously announced tender offer. The completion of the new notes offering is a condition to the purchase or redemption of the existing notes, said Millicom.
