Mirantis buys TCP Cloud

Mirantis has agreed to acquire TCP Cloud, headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, for an undisclosed amount. The company specialises in managed services for OpenStack, OpenContrail and Kubernetes. The deal will support Mirantis' initiative with Google and Intel to enable OpenStack on Kubernetes with the delivery of OpenStack to customer datacentres as well as enable seamless upgrades for on-premises infrastructure.
