MishiPay raises GBP 1.6 mln, plans pilot with MediaMarktSaturn in Austria

MishiPay, a provider of a mobile self-checkout technology for stores, has raised GBP 1.6 million in seed capital during an investment round led by the pan European venture capital company Nauta, based in London. Following trials in four countries, MishiPay is now ready to work with major retailers to roll out the system in their stores. One of the retailers is MediaMarktSaturn, which plans to launch a pilot in Saturn markets in Austria in spring 2018.
