Mobile customer care satisfaction remains high despite pandemic challenges - study

Customer care satisfaction remained high for mobile customers in the US during the first four months of the year, even despite the additional challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, according to the latest study from JD Power, which found no customer service disruption despite higher call volumes and an uprooted workforce.
