Mobile marketing platform Attentive raises USD 40 million to support growth

Mobile messaging SaaS platform Attentive has raised a USD 40 million Series B investment. The round was led by Sequoia with participation from existing investors Eniac Ventures, NextView Ventures and Bain Capital, as well as new investors High Alpha and IVP.
