Mobile tower emission complaint system live in Mumbai

India's complaint handling system for Electro Magnetic Field (EMF) Radiation from mobile towers has become operational in Mumbai circle for the citizens of Mumbai. The system also has a helpline facility for complaint booking. The work of testing of the site for EMF radiation has been assigned to TCIL at present. The complainant can get the site tested by paying INR 4000 to TCIL. If the site is found to be non compliant with respect to the desired norms on testing then no fee would be charged from the complainant.
