Mobile voice traffic declines in Moscow

The use of the mobile voice is on the decline in Moscow, reports Vedomosti, citing data from the Russian federal Ministry of Communications. Over 46.5 billion minutes of calls were performed by Moscow-based subscribers in January-September of this year. The number was at  47.11 billion minutes the year before and at 47.16 billion minutes in 2016.
