MobileIron changes CEO as Q3 sales fall short of guidance

Mobile security specialist MobileIron announced a change in CEO, alongside third-quarter sales below its guidance. CFO Simon Biddiscombe will take over as CEO immediately, replacing Barry Mainz, who will leave the company. Shawn Ayers, Vice President of Finance, will serve as interim CFO, and the company has opened a search to fill the CFO position.
