Mobiliuju Telefonu Centras to build handset repair plant

Lithuanian company Mobiliuju Telefonu Centras (MTT) plans to establish a handset repair plant in Kaunas, reports Vz.lt. The size of its investment will total EUR 2.5 million. The capacity of the plant is expected to reach 30,000 handsets monthly eventually. MTT signed an agreement with US-based handset insurance company Square Trade earlier this summer. The company's phone repair capacity will grow by 80 percent after the launch of the plant.
