MoCA 2.0 standard ready for device certification

The Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA) announced that its Certification Program for products implementing the MoCA 2.0 specification is now available to all members. The certification confirms that the product has passed the required interoperability testing authorized by the alliance. MoCA said several manufacturers are ready to start testing, and MoCA 2.0 Golden Nodes for testing interoperability are available from both Broadcom and Entropic. National Technical Systems in California is the exclusive certification testing facility for MoCA 2.0. The MoCA 2.0 standard supports networking
