Mocambique Telecom gets new management

The new chairman of state-owned operator Mocambique Telecom (Tmcel) has set a goal of making the company the "biggest and the best" of the sector in the next four years, reports Lusa. Rufique Jusob also set the goal of creating and offering services with the use of state-of-the-art technology.
