Most UK internet users support Universal Service Obligation - survey

The majority of Brits (83%) support Government plans to introduce a 10 Mbps broadband universal service obligation (USO), according to a survey of 1,700 internet users by ISPreview.co.uk. However, 78 percent of respondents believe the minimum speed for the broadband USO should have been set at superfast speeds of 30+ Mbps.
