Motorola files new patent infringement complaint vs Hytera

Motorola continues its patent infringement fight against Hytera Communications of Shenzhen, China by filing a second patent infringement complaint. In this new complaint, it accuses Hytera of unlawfully importing and selling two-way radio equipment and systems and related software and components that infringe its patents. The complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The company seeks an immediate ITC Investigation, an exclusion order and a cease-and-desist order.
