Thursday 22 May 2014 | 11:41 CET | News
Motorola's Middle East and Africa distributor Redington Gulf has shipped 5,000 units of the smartphone Moto X for its launch in the UAE. The company re-entered the UAE market after an absence of two years with the Moto G handset in January, Gulf News reported. The LTE version of the Moto X will be available in the UAE for the launch at AED 1,599, while the 3G version will be available after three months. The phone will be available across retail outlets in the UAE from 21 May. After a gap of one week, the phone will be available in Saudi Arabia, followed by other Gulf markets from 15 June.
