Movistar Ecuador may launch iPhone 6 by end-Nov

Movistar Ecuador expects to start selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones during the last week of November or the first week of December, El Comercio reports. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus feature 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch Retina HD displays, respectively, and come equipped the Apple-designed A8 chip with second-generation 64-bit desktop-class architecture, advanced iSight and FaceTime HD cameras and the new Apple Pay feature. The new smartphones also include iOS 8, the latest Apple mobile operating system. Movistar Ecuador is fully owned by Spain's Telefonica.
