Movistar, Euskaltel, Ono lead customer service rankings

Movistar, Euskaltel and Ono are the three top-rated operators in Spain when it comes to customer service, according to a survey conducted by civil and social rights association Adeces. The consumer body made over 1,000 calls to users all over Spain, revealing that the average customer service rating had improved significantly to 5.43 from last year's figure of 5.17, above all thanks to the more accurate price information provided by operators and the fact that VAT is now included in all their advertised deals. Movistar led this year's ranking with 6.54 points, followed by Euskaltel and Ono
